These terms describe how we work together and what you can expect when engaging Marwix for services.
Services & Scope
We define project scope, deliverables, and timelines in a written proposal or statement of work. Any changes are agreed on in writing.
Acceptance of terms
By approving a proposal, paying an invoice, or starting a project, you agree to these terms.
Project Collaboration
You provide timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete the work. Delays may affect delivery timelines.
Payments
Payment terms, milestones, and invoices are outlined in the proposal. Work begins once the initial payment is received.
Third‑party services
If a project uses third‑party services (hosting, plugins, licenses), their terms apply and fees may be billed separately.
Hosting and domains
Unless agreed otherwise, you are responsible for purchasing and maintaining hosting and domain services.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables specified in the proposal. We retain ownership of pre‑existing materials, tools, and know‑how.
Portfolio use
We may showcase the project in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.
Confidentiality
We keep non‑public information you share with us confidential and expect the same in return.
Warranty
We warrant that we will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Except as stated, services are provided “as is.”
Liability
We do our best to deliver high‑quality work, but we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
Termination
Either party can end a project in writing. You pay for work completed up to the termination date.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Marwix is registered.
